- To customize the company and employee information that appears on the pay stubs, select Preferences.
- If you would like a message to appear on every pay stub, type text into the box labeled “Company message to be printed on all pay stubs.”
- To view pay stubs prior to printing, select Preview.
- Once you’re prepared, choose Print.
